HeedLab is a customer-feedback, roadmap, and changelog platform operated by SDX Studio (“we”, “us”). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of HeedLab, including the dashboard, public boards, embeddable widget, and API. Please read them carefully - they form a binding agreement between you and SDX Studio.
By creating an account or using HeedLab you agree to these Terms. If you are using HeedLab on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation, and “you” refers to that organisation.
HeedLab lets organisations run feedback boards, collect votes and comments, publish a public roadmap and changelog, embed a feedback widget, and triage incoming feedback with optional AI agents. Each workspace operates under its own subdomain and subscription. Features available to you depend on your plan as described on the pricing page.
You retain ownership of the content you and your end-users submit to HeedLab - posts, comments, votes, board configurations, and uploads. You grant SDX Studio a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and process that content solely to operate and provide the service to you. You are responsible for the content submitted to your workspaces and for having the rights to it.
Paid plans are sold and billed through our payment provider (Merchant of Record). Each paid plan includes a 14-day free trial, after which your selected plan is billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle. Usage-based charges (such as AI triage overage) are billed in arrears. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and is not pro-rated. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.
The free plan is provided on an as-is, as-available basis. We may change, limit, or discontinue free-plan features at any time with reasonable notice.
HeedLab's software, trademarks, branding, and design are owned by SDX Studio and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you to use the service, no rights are transferred to you.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms, that remain inactive for an extended period, or where required by law. Where practicable we will give notice. You may delete your account at any time from account settings; deletion is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated triage suggestions will be accurate; AI features are assistive and you remain responsible for moderation decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SDX Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of HeedLab. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, where SDX Studio is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium, unless mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
